Einat Halevy Levin

President

Einat Halevy Levin has over a decade of experience in business development in Vietnam. She lived for five years in the Vietnamese capital, Hanoi, serving as Trade Officer at the Embassy of Israel in Vietnam, as Technology Advisor to the United Nations Population Fund at its country headquarters, and as part of the founding team of the national educational television channel in Vietnam. She is fluent in Vietnamese and an expert in government relations, marketing, and storytelling. Since 2008, she has served as VP Clients and Partner at a strategic consulting firm in Tel Aviv. Between 2006–2008, she headed the Public Relations and Spokesperson Department of the Israeli Employment Service, and from 2004–2006 she was Spokesperson for the Knesset Labor and Welfare Committee. Einat has an extensive network of connections within the Vietnamese government as well as with major business corporations in the country. Education: M.A. with distinction in the Honors Program of the Department of Conflict Research, Management, and Resolution, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, with specialization in cross-cultural negotiation. B.A. with honors in the Department of History and General Studies, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Omri Horowitz

Omri brings with him a track record of over 25 years in the Asia-Pacific region with IT and telecommunications companies such as ClickSoftware, ECI Telecom, ArelNet, Safend, and others. In recent years, Omri has been an entrepreneur, founding and managing the “Israel–India” consortium of high-tech companies operating in India. He also founded Meeting Angels – a business meeting platform, Amassare – a big data–based patent search and comparison engine for innovation management, and WastePoint – a venture management initiative for converting organic waste into energy. Omri currently serves as Chairman of the Israel–Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and is a board member of the Israel–Asia Chamber of Commerce. He is also the CEO of YaoTrade and is active in establishing renewable energy, agriculture, and infrastructure projects in Vietnam.
