A Vision That Bridges Worlds

Discover Who We Are and How We Connect Israel to Asia

The Israel-Asia Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1984 as a non-profit organization by leading economic entities in Israel, including the Manufacturers Association, the Israel Export Institute, the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce, the Kibbutz Industries Association, and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Finance, and Economy. Among its members are government, public, and private companies.

The development and growth in Asia open extensive opportunities for Israeli companies, shifting components of production and trade from traditional destinations in Europe and the U.S. to Asia’s emerging markets.

The chamber is active in most Asian countries (including those with which Israel does not maintain diplomatic relations), including China, Hong Kong, India, South Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Myanmar (Burma), Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Armenia, and Malaysia.

The chamber works to promote Israel’s trade relations with Asian countries and to deepen cooperation between the chamber and its counterparts in Asia, as well as with economic institutions and companies in Israel
